Ward hopes Fleetwood will be a Robin by the weekend

John Ward, Cardiff manager Dave Jones and Stuart Fleetwood are all aiming for the player to begin his loan spell at Cheltenham as soon as possible. The Forest of Dean born player is waiting for the transfer of his registration between the Welsh F.A. and the English F.A.

The Welsh under-21 player will initially join on a one month loan, with a view to this being extended.
