Port Vale's Mickey Bell has signed for Cheltenham until the end of the current season, the 34-year-old left footer can play in a variety of midfiled and defensive positions.

Bell was linked to the club in the summer, but Bell chse instead to join Port Vale after leaving Bristol City. John Ward has seemingly been keen to give the player a second chance to join the robins, and Bell will increase the managers options in Celtenham's push for success on three fronts.
