The 19-year-old defender arrived at Whaddon Road in January to act as cover for the injured Andy Gallinagh and went on to make eight starts and one substitute appearance for the Robins.
Portsmouth midfielder Marlon Pack and Oxford striker Matt Green are the remaining loan players at the club.
