Caines returns to form

Central defender Gavin Caines has returned to form according to John Ward, following encouraging performances with the reserves. The central defence pairing of Michael's Taylor and Townsend have proved to be successful so far this season, as the robins have enjoyed an excellent start, but competition for places will hopefully mean the raising of everybody's game.

The clubs other prominent centre back, Shane Duff is progressing well following his foot injury in the close-season.
