Broken foot rules Duff out for 8 weeks

Defender Shane Duff has been ruled out for up to 8 weeks. The centre back has broken a bone in his foot and was taken to hosptial after training yesterday. Duff joins Brian Wilson on the injury list after Wilson broke a bone in his arm earlier in the pre-season.

Former Liverpool and Blackburn trainee Michael Taylor is now expected to stand in for Duff alongside Gavin Caines in the opening matches of the season.
